5-5-5+ (Stop at 10 reps). Turns out if you don't shoulder press you don't magically stay strong with it haha. Been avoiding it because my back was fragile but started back up today. No issues with it but wow...weak sauce. Barely got the 5 at 155 so dropped to 145 and BARELY got the 10...like fighting for that last rep for like 10 seconds barely. Gotta start back up somewhere.
