Notes

Ok so this was the Crossfit Football Strength workout, I figured I would give this a go, since I was at the station and just felt lazy as shit by 4 when it was time to workout. So I did one set 5 rep of Deadlift. I felt really tight in the hamstrings, and my lower back is still sore. I was happy with this weight.
