Been busy this week, after squatting I didn't have time to wod, had to coach. Today was on shift and it was just busy enough I couldn't get a wod in...I did have enough time to cook dinner and while waiting for it I did a set of DL's...this felt really good and back was strong, abs strong, hands held up...just keep pushing especially after I was a little bit sad with my squat.
