Haven't deadlifted in a week or so, my neck has been bothering me..pulled a muscle and been visiting Dr. Tom a few times a week. Today felt pretty good so I said lets try it..hit a 295 for 5 reps and it was heavy but could have went heavier...I was belted and Oly Shoes, with reverse grip.
