Notes

Ok so after my Power Clean warm up I did my Deadlift. I went 225x3, 245x3, 275x3 and then right to 305 for my 5 Rep max. MAN was it heavy..I pulled from places I felt I never pulled before...my hammies were tight and screaming during each pull.. Then I only got 4.5 reps. On rep 5 I could only pull to my knees...and I failed and dropped the bar down.
