almost a 3 minute PR!!! I couldn't believe the time when I finished! i wsn't even going to come today and then i convinced myself to just come and go slow and then I PR'd!! my kbs were fast and unbroken. pull ups were 6-6 with no rest. didn't rest between movements at all. tried to push on the runs. I'm so excited about this!!!
