this is like over a minute lifetime PR :) running off of no sleep and still sick. I told myself I was going to PR and I did! Gotta keep positive. There were a million reasons for me to stop, but I pushed as hard as I could and kept going. did all the kettlebell swings unbroken (first time ever!) so my forearms were trashed the last round of pull ups, took me forever. runs actually felt pretty good, nice cool breeze at this time.
