super modified for my back, still ended up hurting it though =/. started off with 400m row, very VERY bad idea. then switched to 200m run, still bad idea. used 18# kettlebell, still hurt even though i was basically using my arms, did all pull ups butterfly. felt really good on those. blah. totally would've PR'd if my back wasn't hurt.
