Notes

96 outside, super dry and windy = asthma attack status. Kept pushing myself though. Tried to keep myself calm and kept going. First time running 400's in a WOD so I'm proud of myself for just sucking it up and doing it! Next time we do this I will be fully healed and back to running more :) not too far off my best time. I'm just glad I'm getting all healed up.
