we always do Helen when I'm sleep deprived and doing weigh ins all day...ate a perfect foods bar a little before the WOD and was on the verge of throwing up almost the whole 2nd & 3rd rounds. I will NEVER do that again.kbs unbroken, pull ups ok. runs were like fast walks to keep myself from barfing.
