almost 100 degrees outside. not a good combo with me. felt fine during first two rounds. on the way back on the 3rd run my legs were done and i got a back cramp in my side. did 2 rounds of kbs unbroken. on 3rd round i couldn't do the kbs because of my cramp so i had to break them up a lot =[ was on track to have a good PR before then.
