Notes

Thanksgiving upland Turkey trot. Hills were brutal again. Made it through the Euclid hill without stopping. The second hill was a different story. Stopped a couple times. First 5k in a while. Missed course PR by about a min. Lots of strength training though so I don't feel too bad.
