Did this after building up to a 3 rep max. Tried 200 for 2 and got 1 but felt good. So I just went for it. Failed 210 the first try. Got mentally focused and hit it on the second try. Had to battle so hard for that rep!! Longest shoulder press rep EVER!!! Did this at training camp.
