Did this right after not doing very good on my 5-5-5 at 180#. This is not a true 1 rep max but I wanted to test it out and see if I could still PR after all those reps. Triceps were tired. Very pleased with this. I think I have 215-220 in me fresh. Fired up!! #kinnickbutternation #skinsusa #aquahydrate
