Missed my speed day last week due to the Crossfit Games. Did this after Max Bench Press and 2 sets of chain and kb band bend 15 reps narrow and wide. I noticed I have dropped to 198# bodyweight. I was at 204# a week or so ago. I think this may have a factor in it. Left shoulder felt tight. I dont think I warmed up thoroughly. Rolled out the shoulder and feel a little better. Hit 2 sets of max hspu after. Got 11 and 8 reps. Not happy with this performance at all. Forgot to keep the abs tight.
