Went up pretty easy. After 9 reps I brought the bar down to the front rack, gathered myself and finished the last rep. Did this same weight on Friday in Mexico but only hit 8 reps. I was supposed to hit 160# on Friday but they didnt have 2.5# plates so I stuck with this and hit 10 reps on the 3rd set. Carson helped count me. Loving this!
