Hit the first 2 sets for 5 reps. Set 3 felt easier but when I went for rep 4 it got way out in front and I brought it back to my shoulders. Then hit the 4th and just missed rep 5. Pissed that it got away from me. I would have had 5 reps and maybe even 6. I will stay here for next time and get over 5 reps easily. Very happy with 185x5x5!!!

  • Struggled on this. First 2 sets of 5 were a battle. Just didn't feel strong. Did them right after the deadlift and felt a little zapped. Will go up next time.
