Huge personal pr for me today. This is the 7th time doing this wod and I've never been able to do RXD. Felt good today. Went 12/9, 15, 9. Kept belt on, except last run. Came a little forward in the end of my pull, but the fact that I didn't have to go down in weight is a huge thing. Really pushed last run since back felt fresh still. Thanks Val for the push.
