Did 20 rounds of 5 pull-ups, 5 push-ups, 15 air squats, 5 push-ups. Finished 10 rounds at 21:30, 20 rounds at 36:25. All sets of butterfly pull-ups and air squats unbroken. Push-ups 5's until round 8, then mostly 3/2 with some random 5's. 2nd mile 9:23
