Partner Murph w/Shannon... tag-team 800m run to start, then did all reps of each movement before moving to the next. I did sets of 10 pull-ups. Did sets of 10 push-ups to start (5/5), then 5/3/2, and finally 3/2... pretty much split the 200 even. Air squats in sets of 25 for first 100, then picked up more with 30's. Did the last 1-mile run together w/Shannon.
