3rd Hero WOD since Friday! Partner Murph with Carolyn -- 800m tag team run to start (3:49 for my 800), then split the reps. I got to rest while Carolyn ran, so did 12 pull-ups to start, then mostly 5-6's, all butterflies. We cut the push-ups to 150 because we both have gimpy shoulders that were hurting. Still did them Rx'd, all 5's. Air squats in 20's... Final 1-mile run together.
