2:17 PR, last did this Dec. 2014... 185# deadlifts unbroken all 3 rounds, no belt... du's weren't very good today at all, mostly sets of 10. Definitely didn't drink enough water yesterday, felt major dehydrated. Finished my rounds at 1:47, 3:33, 5:47 (splits 1:47, 1:46, 2:14)
