Alone at home... faster than last time but still 8 seconds off my best. Deadlifts felt unusually heavy this time, perhaps because my workout schedule has been off again. Went 10, 10, 5/5, no belt. DU’s were tiring. 35/15 (rope hit the rower), 15/15/11/9 rounds 2-3 to manage my breathing. Have to build back up.
