Notes

A bit bummed with this....but I'm happy that my pull ups were unbroken the first two rounds and then I went 11/1 on the third round...that's huge progress for me! I've never gone unbroken on pull ups...my third run is what got me....I started out a bit slower to try to save something for later but it didn't workout the way I wanted....stuff on the inside was consistent...it was about 1:19 except for the last round it was 1:15...that last run got me...I felt great doing this though...pull ups felt great, I felt like I had good energy and kept pushing.... just gotta get that final run to stay on target! 7 seconds off my best....one day I will have a sub 11:00 Helen...I will have to add that to the goal board!!
