Disappointed....first time doing this wod with butterfly pullups...kb swings were unbroken runs were bad....2:01/2:30/2:43....I just don't know what I'm going to do about my running! I'm just disappointed...couldn't breathe so I kept losing my rhythm on the pull ups went 6/4/2 for the first two rounds then on the last round went 4's....this is my least favorite wod....sooo aggravated!!! I need to get better at running, but I don't know what more I can do so I guess I just have to keep trusting the process and know that I'm getting better
