PR!!! Still chasing that sub 11 time...just gotta keep getting faster on the runs...this was the first time that pull ups felt easy! I'm really happy with how my pull ups have been coming along...Perry suggested I break up the pull ups...I really appreciate all the strategizing tips because it's always different from what I think in my mind and the tips I'm given workout so wonderfully!!! So I did my pull ups in 4's for the first two rounds and then the goal was to get all 12 in the third round but I lost my rhythm at 8 and dropped and then finished the 4...pull ups felt amazing and so easy! Runs weren't terrible but I just want them to be faster...they felt good though..I was able to come in and get right on the kb...going back out apparently I have a diva walk haha (thanks CJ!)....so I need to work on getting out the door faster...I was trying to take deep breaths as I was walking out so I could push hard on the runs...happy with this though!! My first time actually enjoying Helen!!
