Went into this WOD feeling a bit mentally defeated...there were a million reasons (excuses) as to why I didn't want to do this wod (e.g. my neck hurts, my lower back is tired, it's that time of the month, etc.) but I did it anyway, pushed hard and my time was faster than the last time I did it! Still not getting the sub 11 like I want....but improvements were made....the problem here is my endurance...my speed is getting better but I'm not able to hang on to my times. I timed everything this time and things have improved but I have to get better at running...my runs were 1:39/2:16/2:24, which is really good for me...I believe last time my runs were around 2:20-2:45 so I'm getting faster but if I could have held all my runs to 1:45-1:56 I would have been around 10 minutes....inside things were great my splits were 1:45/1:48/1:35 kb swings were unbroken and my pull ups were 9/3, 7/5, 6/3/2/1 I felt like I could barely breathe that last round....so yeah I'm glad that I'm getting faster just gotta hang on to my numbers...gotta work on that endurance...but progress is happening! Trusting the process! Enjoying the journey!
