Modified = Been having weird lower back pain (sciatica?). Tried warming up double unders and the pain was evident so coach Cam recommended I do 10 bike erg cals + 10 hang power cleans (95 lbs) instead of 30 double unders + 15 power snatches (75 lbs) to save the back and avoid any setback. Tried to push the pace a bit to at least get some endurance work in. HPC: unbroken.
