Last time I did this was for The Open (14.1) and it required any shoulder to overhead so I did clean and jerks. This time I did Power Snatches. Double Unders: 1) 30 2) 21/9 3) 21/9 4) 14/16. Power Snatches: 5/5/5 every round. Wasn't feeling it today. Way too hot.
