6 am, frozen hands and feet 🥶 Way less than my previous, but that was to be expected. Didn’t want to push the snatches, but prob rested a little too much. 6/5/4 rounds 1, 2, and 4. 5/5/5 for 3rd round, seemed longer lol. Died on the DU’s, have to rebuild my endurance.
