3:40 PR, no big deal :) Last did this May 2015. Went with the same rep-plan, but moved a lot faster... Unbroken deadlifts into 4/4/1 hang power cleans for 1st round. 11/1 deadlifts into 4/4/1 hang power cleans for rounds 2-5... Push jerks were 3/3 for rounds 1-4, then 3/2/"fuuuuuck"/1. Can't believe I dropped it with just 1 left! Left thumb went numb on the 3rd round... Splits were 1:47, 4:05, 6:36, 9:15, 11:55
