Well that was a HOT mess! Was planning on taking today off due to yesterday's competition on my usual rest day (thrusters, burpees, Cindy, max deadlifts), but I've been waiting for DT and couldn't pass it up.... My body put it's foot down and said NO >:[ 105# felt good in the warm-up. Then I only got 1 push jerk on round 1, and failed 2. Almost started crying :( Decided to take the 10's off and finished with 85#... deadlifts unbroken, push jerks 3/3... then realized on round 5 that I only did 6 HPC on rounds 2-4, SMH... FInished round 5 at 11:55, but continued w/the 15 min AMRAP for 6 rounds + 3 deadlifts.
