At the PD, CR2'd... Still feeling super dehydrated from this sinus thing, been 2 weeks now ugh. Also first night back on graveyard shift; was awake for 23 hours then broken sleep for 5... Went 11/1 deadlifts into 4/4/1 hang power cleans, into 3/3 push jerks. No belt, no wraps.
