2:38 slower than 9 months ago :( Deadlifts were fast 21, 9/6, 9... 1st run was good, 2nd/3rd runs were sad, just died. Both my feet fell asleep, maybe because of 12 hours standing/walking at DL yesterday?? I dunno. Also haven't worked out since Thursday because of only 3 hrs sleep each night... Finished 21/800m at 4:51 and 15/800m at 10:25 (5:34)... 9/800m was 6:28 (DL 0:50, and 5:13 "run")
