did this on the dock with a speed jump rope. never used it before and had trouble getting used to it on the 50. kept landing in the cracks on the dock and hurt my ankle. did 25-10-10-5, 25-15, 25-5, 20, 10. sit ups sucked. really couldnt breathe at all! been feeling nauseous all day, blah. no pr, but considering im in high elevation, new rope and feeling sick, im glad i did it.
