I was able to do this prescribed! Woot! Doubles actually felt awesome. I was worried I would suck at them cuz it's been awhile since I've done them. No knee pain. Abs are ruined. Closed my eyes and went into my pain cave for them. No rests at all, just went as hard as I could.
