Normally clean is money and jerk sucks. Today clean & jerk sucked. Head wasn’t in it. Terrible sleep, 8am, blah blah blah. Splits: 54-1:40-2:04-2:21-2:13. HR high 175 avg 164! Not sure why I always drop the jerk in the 5th round with one left but did it again. Definitely not recovered but I’ll take it for today
