Stomach a mess, wasn't feeling it. Dl & hpc unbroken (11-1 & 8-1). Jerk unbroken 2 rounds then a mess. Shoulder was lagging. Next time need to try unbroken dl into hpc as a way to switch it up. 2nd time no gear.
