5 minute PR. triceps and hammies are BLOWN UP from wednesday's millions of dips and good mornings that I did. UGH. deadlifts were slow, but felt good. kept my back set. HSPU's were meh. did big sets for 21 and then i died for the rest. i need to work on my tripod. haven't worked on HSPU in a really, really, really long time...FAIL.
