took forever but did it prescribed! doing 45 handstand push-ups when you weigh 155# is no joke! first 21 were fine, did sets of 4 and then 2. hit a wall on the 15's. some were ridiculously easy and some were really hard. need to work on a more consistent kip. neck was still hurting from friday's handstand push ups so I was hesitant on kipping hard because it hurt my neck. Thank you to EVERYONE for staying and cheering me on. deadlifts were slow because my back hurt. so glad to be able to click the Rx'd box on this one!
