shoulder kept coming out of socket during the middle of the 15's for handstand push ups, was on pace to get a sweet PR but stopped with only 4 more handstand push ups =[ didn't want to ruin my shoulder. neck is really jacked too, need to learn how to lower myself in a better position. blah. didn't do my shoulder warm ups, knew that was a bad idea. oh well, had a bad weekend so i'm glad i even came in.
