10 minute PR, haha. I went slow on deadlifts to save my back. just kep falling over on my handstand push ups. really pissed me off. started to get defeated. I need to get better balance in my tri-pod. ugh. haven't done handstand push ups in FOREVER. pretty happy that i did it Rx'd and got a 10 min PR :)
