1st time doing rx'd. Was more worried about the dl's hurting my back. Should've done smaller sets. Went 11-10, 8-7, 5-4. Should've split first set into 3 because the last few reps was when it pinched up. Wore weight belt and no shoes. Hspu's were in sets of 3 except when I fell off the wall a couple of times.
