Alone at the PD, 0430 (W1 OT)... Did wall balls to the men's 10 ft. target like I would have at the box, got 15/14/14. SDHP and box jumps were good, push press was the hardest. Rows were 11 calories all 3 rounds. Last did this 2 years ago (Sept 2011)... 27 rep all-time PR, 36 rep PR from last time.
