2 reps better than last time (4 months ago), but still 17 reps off my PR of 240 (1 year ago). Just felt like I had no gas in the tank today... Linked wall balls together this time though, 16/14/13. Rebounded box jumps for 1/2 of 1st round only, then stepped down. Rows were 12/11/11 calories. Dead after, need to work on endurance.
