9th time doing this wod! Haven’t hit it since 10/15 though. Wanted to get 15’s unbroken but just couldn’t. 15-6 double overhand, 10-5 switch, 9 switch. Last 14 reps were super slow w/some pauses at the top. Last run kicked my butt. Abs started to hurt in 2nd by 3rd that was all I could feel. Thanks to Jeremy for giving me my time as I passed the door on my last run, 14:03. Knew I’d have to pick it up to pr.
