Runs we're pretty slow (left calf was really tight coming in even after stretching). Everything unbroken except last 3 and 4 pull ups of the 2nd & 3rd round just with forearms giving out. Friend timing me said I looked like I just finished my warmup when I was done. I'm hoping that means an easy PR for next time!
