7 pm and I don't get along, despite the awesomeness of the group... no mental juice at this hour. Did my OHS at 65# last time; did 6 reps at 65# today, then dropped to 45#. Wrapped my wrists, but the RT still hurt REALLY bad at the bottom of every rep. Oh, and I was scared to run fast on the uneven asphalt in the dark, lame :)
