3:13 PR, whoop whoop! Goal was to finally get sub-20. Nancy is my nemesis because of my wrists, but no pain today -- Nasty headwind on the back half of the runs; didn't push too hard, just kept a steady pace. Best sets on OHS ever: 15, 8/7, 8/7, 9/6, 8/7... Finished rounds 3-5 at 10:34, 14:34, 18:19 (vs last time 11:48, 15:58, 21:32). 5th round was 3:45 this time, compared to 5:34... Very emotionally draining weekend at work, plus 12 hrs OT yesterday. Felt really good to just be here and get moving. Happy place :)
