0.63 rounds less than last time (Jan 2014)... Not too bad considering I'm dead from Murph yesterday. Went to singles fast on the push-ups. Grip was tender too from all the pull-ups yesterday, but managed to hold on for unbroken power cleans. Happy 5 year CrossFit anniversary to meee!! :)
